Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic Dentistry is an extremely popular answer to the New Year, New Smile Resolution. There is a cosmetic solution to making every smile reach its full potential!Cosmetic dentistry covers everything from dentures, implants, crowns, to bridges, fillings, partial dentures—the list goes on and on. There are so many cosmetic dental treatments we offer; there’s no way we can go into detail about them here! Types of Whitening

There are many levels of teeth whitening available, from over-the-counter alternatives to take-home kits and in-office treatments. We recommend the latter, as whitening strips and trays from the drug store usually don’t last very long and require constant re-application, depending on your diet and lifestyle.

Over-The-Counter:

These include whitening strips that can be purchased at most drug stores and can be applied at your convenience at home. These are somewhat effective, but the results will take longer to achieve and may only be able to whiten to a certain point. This is because they are not as strong as options that can be purchased from a licensed dentist.

Take-Home Kits:

Take-home kits provided by dental professionals are an affordable and reliable way to get rid of stains on your teeth. The results won’t last quite as long as other whitening treatments; however, they will do the job just fine and have your smile looking beautiful after a few installments!

Custom Whitening Trays:

These are plastic trays that are custom fit to you and fabricated by a dentist. They allow you to purchase professional strength whitening gels to be applied at home. These are the most effective for whitening and are a great option to achieve the smile you want!

Having recently moved from Detroit, I was at a lost about which dentist to see for my checkups, etc. I happened to meet Dr. Liesen's dental hygenist and she told me how incredible her boss, Dr. Liesen is. I decided to make an appointment with him because I figured that if an employee raves about their boss, the boss must be fabulous! She is right! He is a wonderful, caring, knowlegable, GENTLE, experienced dentist! In fact, I would say he is the BEST dentist have ever been to! Dr. Liesen placed an implant in my mouth and it feels as if it has always been there...no pain, no complications!
